Two Fantasy Football pieces caught my attention today, albeit for different reasons:
Chris Glover, who writes at PL Fantasy, is a Fantasy blogger that bases his writing on statistical modelling of in-game data. Looking at data such as shot on target percentages (SoT%) he creates models that predict Fantasy that offer conclusions often differing to the popular view. His latest analysis, titled Will some players always underachieve? is an example of great analysis, good writing, and conclusions that can help Fantasy managers.
In Tommy We Trust, the head-honcho at AllThingsFPL, writes a weekly article summarizing the Fantasy conclusions of the last Gameweek. The Fantasy Football Weekend Notes are short, easily digested, and yet filled with relevant Fantasy information.
